XQ Collection Jaques La Maison, Bondi Beach

Nice little place. Positive: Great location, cute little apartment in older complex. Negative: Bed is very soft and seems well past its prime. No A/C but it wasn’t too bad with the fans and open windows.

Excellent location, up two flights of stairs in an older style apartment block. Positive: The location was excellent for the beach and dining areas around Bondi Beach. Surprisingly quiet given where it is Negative: The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced in paid accommodation. It may have been sitting on crates instead of a frame? And the mattress was saggy and lumpy. I may have missed it, but the stairs were an issue with our luggage and I’m not sure it’s listed on the listing but you’d want to know if you had mobility issues or lots of luggage as we did.

As mentioned washer and dryer for the price should be included and the grounds should have been cleaned up. Positive: Close to everything Negative: No washer & Dryer. Balcony would be nice. Outside grounds were a mess and could not use.

Amazing! Positive: By far the best property I have ever stayed in when we’ve come over to Sydney. It’s perfect for a couple, had all the facilities we needed to cook, clean and a brilliant size TV in the bedroom. We couldn’t be more impressed about this stay. Such a short walk to bondi beach and lots of lovely coffee shops around! Thank you so much your place is absolutely amazing. ☺️
